01
Comparing Hot Springs wedding venues: start with the gathering space
The covered pavilion holds more than 100 guests, with a long concrete-topped bar, string lights overhead and picnic-table seating. When comparing a Hot Springs wedding venue, consider how the covered space, indoor lounge and gathering rooms fit your ceremony, reception or rehearsal dinner.
Rather than only a banquet-style event room, Hot Springs Event Center brings together the pavilion, clubhouse and overnight group lodging at one address. Confirm which areas and layout fit your event; the property does not advertise catering, coordination or bartending as included services.
The pavilion size is a guide for the covered space and is not a guarantee of total event capacity. Tell us your guest count and layout ideas and we will talk through what fits.

02
A bar with real length
The outdoor bar runs more than 30 feet, giving guests a natural place to gather between the ceremony and the celebration. Before arranging drinks or hiring a bartender, ask about the venue requirements. Alcohol and bartending are not advertised as included services.

03
On-site lodging for up to 42, not the entire event guest list
Eleven bedrooms plus a bunk room sleep up to 42 overnight guests. Two kitchens and indoor game and gathering spaces give overnight guests somewhere to share meals and time together before and after the main event. Larger event parties will need separate lodging for anyone beyond that maximum.
Pickleball, play space and the giant indoor batting cage are a distinctive part of this clubhouse setting. Baseball and softball teams remain welcome alongside weddings; ask about the recreation arrangements you want to use.
Stays require a two-night minimum. One-day events need special approval, so ask about your date before you plan around it.
- Rehearsal dinner the night before
- Morning-after gathering in the clubhouse
- Pickleball and play space for downtime

Planning notes
How to plan a wedding weekend here
A simple order of operations. Everything marked as a question is something to confirm with us directly.
Start with the date
Because of the two-night minimum and approval for one-day events, the date conversation comes first. Use Ask About Your Date.
Walk the property
Photos help, but the pavilion, bar and clubhouse are best judged in person. Schedule a tour and bring your floor-plan questions.
Count overnight guests
Up to 42 can sleep on property. Decide who stays, who books elsewhere and who needs a bed nearest the action.
Sort out the extras
Food, alcohol service, rentals, music and coordination are not promised by the venue. Ask what is allowed and plan vendors accordingly.
Plan a Hot Springs day
Hot Springs National Park and historic Bathhouse Row are popular ideas for a welcome outing. Tours are not included; plan them separately.
Send the request
The Plan an Event form drafts an email with everything above so we can reply with specifics.
