01
Work in one room, reset in another
Bring colleagues together outside the usual office routine. The clubhouse gathering spaces and lounge offer settings for conversation, while the covered pavilion creates a change of scene for an informal team gathering. With up to 42 overnight guests on-site, the conversation can continue after the planned sessions end.
Build your agenda around the spaces rather than assuming a conference-center setup. If your sessions depend on WiFi, presentation screens, meeting furniture or other equipment, confirm those requirements directly before you book. No AV or business-service package is advertised.

02
Make Hot Springs part of the retreat
A destination retreat should leave room for the destination. Historic Bathhouse Row gives your group a shared place to explore the city’s bathhouse heritage, while Hot Springs National Park offers an opportunity to step away from the agenda and spend time outdoors.
Choose an outing that fits your team’s interests and mobility needs. Check current opening hours, any reservations and transport arrangements with the attraction or provider. These are ideas for your itinerary, not activities included with the venue.
Back at the property, the pickleball and play area, game spaces and indoor batting cage offer a different kind of downtime. Ask about equipment and usage requirements before making any activity a scheduled part of the retreat.

03
Shared meals without scattering the team
Two kitchens let your organizer plan a meal routine around the retreat schedule. Decide whether your team will cook together, arrange outside food or dine out in Hot Springs, and confirm any delivery or event arrangements with the venue.
The bedrooms and bunk room sleep up to 42 overnight guests in total. Review the floor plan with your organizer so room assignments suit the team; do not assume hotel-style private rooms for every participant. Stays have a two-night minimum, and a one-day corporate event requires special approval.

Planning notes
Planning a retreat
Destination retreats succeed on logistics.
Set the purpose and headcount
Tell us whether this is a planning retreat, team gathering or company celebration. Separate the event headcount from overnight guests.
Choose the stay or day-event format
A stay requires at least two nights. If your company needs only a one-day event, ask about special approval before setting the agenda.
Confirm work-session requirements
Bring specific questions about connectivity, equipment, seating and accessibility. Confirm essential requirements before making commitments to your team.
Review bedrooms and meals
Use the floor plan to organize sleeping arrangements for up to 42. Create a meal plan that makes practical use of the two kitchens.
Leave room for the destination
Consider Bathhouse Row or Hot Springs National Park as an optional group outing. Arrange transport and check current visitor details separately.
Clarify the evening gathering
The pavilion and outdoor bar provide gathering space. Confirm rules and arrangements for food, alcohol and any outside providers.
