A reunion has a rhythm

The best reunion moments often happen between the planned activities: breakfast with cousins, stories after dinner, or a game that turns into an afternoon together. Two kitchens, indoor gathering spaces and a covered pavilion give your family places to spend that time without coordinating separate hotel meeting points.

Plan a shared meal, a family celebration or a relaxed weekend around the people coming. The outdoor bar is more than 30 feet long, and the pavilion provides covered space for more than 100 guests. Any daytime celebration headcount and layout should be discussed separately from the overnight sleeping limit.

Something for every generation

Mix active time with room for quieter conversations. Pickleball and the play area suit family members who want to keep moving, while game and gathering spaces give everyone a place to regroup indoors. The indoor batting cage and scoreboard bring the property’s baseball character to the weekend, too.

Before assigning rooms, review the floor plan with the family organizer. Eleven bedrooms plus a bunk room accommodate up to 42 overnight guests total. Ask about individual accessibility needs and the arrangements that matter to older relatives or families with young children rather than assuming a particular room setup.

A family weekend in Hot Springs

Give the family one shared outing and enough free time to choose the rest. Historic Bathhouse Row can be a starting point for exploring Hot Springs together, and Hot Springs National Park is another destination to consider for family members interested in the area’s natural setting.

Check visitor information, reservations and accessibility for the activity you choose, and organize transportation separately. Not everyone needs the same schedule: some relatives may want an outing while others prefer conversation and games back at the property.

The venue is directly across from Majestic Park, which is especially useful when a reunion overlaps with a baseball or softball trip. Confirm any park events and access with the park or organizer. Stays require at least two nights; one-day reunion events are considered by special approval.

Planning notes

Hot Springs group planning

Simple ideas for the days between meals.

1

Choose the dates as a family

Collect commitments before booking. The stay minimum is two nights; ask early if you are considering only a one-day celebration.

2

Count sleepers and day guests separately

The overnight maximum is 42, including adults and children. Send us the separate celebration count so we can discuss the event layout.

3

Share the floor plan

Review the 11 bedrooms and bunk room with your organizer. Ask about mobility needs and sleeping arrangements before assigning rooms.

4

Organize a shared meal

Split the planning among relatives and make use of the two kitchens. Confirm supplies, food arrangements and any event requirements with the venue.

5

Pick a Hot Springs outing

Consider Bathhouse Row or Hot Springs National Park. Check reservations, transport and suitability for every age in the family.

6

Leave space for unscheduled time

Allow time for stories, games and the pickleball/play area. Ask what equipment your family should bring before planning an activity around it.
