01

One address instead of ten hotel rooms

Staying together is the point. With 11 bedrooms plus a bunk room for up to 42 overnight guests, your group can share one home base rather than coordinate separate hotel stays. Two kitchens, indoor gathering spaces and the covered pavilion give you places to reconnect throughout the day.

For a church retreat, that might mean shared meals and informal conversations between activities. For a large family, it means breakfast together before everyone heads out. For a team, it means a familiar place to return after the games at Majestic Park, directly across the street.

Beds, bunks and a laundry room

Start with your headcount, then use the floor plan to work through bedroom and bunk-room arrangements. Consider which family members want to stay near each other, how coaches and players will be organized, and who may prefer a quieter room.

The overnight maximum is 42 people total, including adults and children. The property photos also show the laundry room. Ask directly about supplies, accessibility needs and anything your group will need before booking.

03

Who it works for

Church groups, extended families, sports teams and retreat organizers all need the same essentials: places to sleep, prepare food and spend time together. The two kitchens help you organize group meals, while indoor game and gathering spaces, pickleball and the play area make downtime part of the trip.

Hot Springs adds options beyond the property. Consider a visit to historic Bathhouse Row or time in Hot Springs National Park, with everyone meeting back at the clubhouse afterward. Arrange outings separately and check current visitor information when planning.

Planning notes

Planning a group stay

A few practical things before booking.

1

Count the whole group

Include adults, children, leaders and any accompanying guests. The overnight maximum is 42; share any separate daytime event count with us.

2

Check your stay dates

Use the existing booking calendar to explore dates for a two-night or longer stay. Ask directly about events before booking around one.

3

Review the floor plan together

Share the floor plan PDF with your organizer and work through sleeping arrangements before collecting commitments from the group.

4

Make a meal and activity plan

Two kitchens are available. Plan shared meals, bring questions about supplies, and ask about equipment and any requirements for the indoor batting cage.

5

Build in a Hot Springs outing

Choose an activity at Bathhouse Row or Hot Springs National Park that suits your group, checking reservations, transportation and current access separately.

6

Confirm special requirements

Tell us about accessibility needs, meal plans and anything essential to your trip. Only rely on amenities and arrangements that have been confirmed.
